Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After the 14-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@ruhanios.app with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
4. Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for: accounts that have been suspended due to Terms of Service violations, or subscriptions that have been active for more than 3 months without a prior refund request.
